Motivation Comes After Behavior
Yeah, we hate that too, but the fact is - FEELINGS FOLLOW BEHAVIOR. We have to DO the thing we want before it starts feeling good, i.e., the feelings that form motivation. (If we waited to do something hard until we felt like it, we'd never get out of bed.) It's just how the human body and brain operate (for all kinds of fascinating evolutionary reasons). BUT, the thing that was never part of our evolutionary design was having to do it ALONE. That's where we can see the design making sense.
If you want your child to play baseball at school, then play baseball with them at home in a loving and fun way. After enough time, they will come to love baseball. Why do people's kids seem to inherit a parent's talent? It's because talent is simply an area in which they were well supported. It's not genetics - it's connection.

3) 30‑Day Installation Sprint
We use scheduled, real‑life touchpoints (including body‑doubling sessions) to support repetition, troubleshoot friction, and keep the habit simple enough to survive real mornings.
4) Integration + Independence
We consolidate what worked, name the underlying script that loosened, and design how this stays yours without us.
